Master Agreement for Customer :

Your use of conquerweb is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these conquerweb Terms of Service (the agreement). This Agreement explains (i) whatâ€™s allowed when using our Services; (ii) the rights you have as a user of our Services; (iii) the rights ConquerWeb has if you do something which is not allowed when using our Services; and (iv) many other important terms. This Agreement is a legal contract between you and conquerweb and it is important that you read it carefully. If there is anything you do not understand in this Agreement, please contact us.

Domain Registration Agreement

This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is between ConquerWeb, as the sponsoring registrar or acting as reseller for the sponsoring registrar identified in the WHOIS record which may be retrieved here ("we," "us," "our," or "Registrar"), and you, the person or entity registering a domain or domains through ConquerWeb. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of the domain registration services and other related services made available by us and on our website (collectively, the services).

1) SELECTION OF A DOMAIN NAME.

You represent that, to the best of the your knowledge and belief, neither the registration of the domain name nor the manner in which it is directly or indirectly used infringes the legal rights of any third party and that the domain name is not being registered for any unlawful purpose.

2) FEES.

You agree to pay Registrar, the applicable fees for the Services. All fees payable hereunder are non-refundable.

3) TERM.

You agree that the Agreement will remain in full force during the length of the term of your domain name registration. Should you choose to renew or otherwise lengthen the term of your domain name registration, then the term of this Agreement will be extended accordingly. Should you transfer your domain name or should the domain name otherwise be transferred to another registrar, the terms and conditions of this contract shall cease and shall be replaced by the contractual terms in force between domain name holders and the new registrar.

4) EXPIRED DOMAIN NAMES.

You agree that we may place our contact information in the WHOIS output for any expired domain name, as the failure to renew results in the immediate cancellation of the domain name registration and loss of all rights to the domain name. Should you choose not to renew your domain name, you agree that we may, in our sole discretion, renew and transfer the domain name to a third party as an expired domain transfer.

5) MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

In order to change your account information with us, you must use your account identifier and password that you selected when you opened your account with us. Please safeguard your account identifier and password from any unauthorized use. In no event will we be liable for the unauthorized use or misuse of your account identifier or password.

6) DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY.

If you reserved or registered a domain name through us, or transferred a domain name to us from another registrar, you agree to be bound by the Dispute Policy which is incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement by reference.

7) DOMAIN NAME DISPUTES.

You agree that, if the registration or reservation of your domain name is challenged by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified in the Dispute Policy in effect at the time of the dispute. You agree that in the event a domain name dispute arises with any third party, you will indemnify and hold us harmless pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in the Dispute Policy.

8) ICANN POLICY.

You agree that your registration of the domain name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, or transfer pursuant to any ICANN-adopted policy, or pursuant to any registrar or registry procedure not inconsistent with an ICANN-adopted policy, (1) to correct mistakes by Registrar or the registry in registering the name or (2) for the resolution of disputes concerning the domain name. Hosting Agreement

CUSTOMER WEB SERVICES PRODUCT AGREEMENT FOR LINUX/WINDOWS SHARED HOSTING conquerweb (hereinafter referred to as 'Parent') AND you (hereinafter referred to as 'Customer') HAVE entered into a Customer Master Agreement ('Agreement') effective from 20th July 2020 of which this 'Web Services Product Agreement Extension' is a part. WHEREAS, Parent provides Domain Forwarding, Mail Forwarding, Managed DNS; WHEREAS, the Customer wishes to activate through Parent, Domain Forwarding or Mail Forwarding or Managed DNS Services; NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises, benefits and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Parent and the Customer, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

1. Note that Web Hosting plans doesn't include free domain, You must enter your existing Domain name to order any web hosting plan. ( If you'd like to purhcase new domain with us then kindly visit Search New Domains - If you wish to transfer domain with us then kindly write to kunal@conquerweb.in

2. We do not charge any additional OR hidden fees. Amount displayed on website is final & inclusive of all fees or taxes. However renewal cost may fluctuate.

3. Customer shall execute an back-up of the stored data on a daily basis. Option to take backup is available in cPanel.

4. The customer is responsible for maintaining its data on the server. The customer is given a password and the internet address to alter and update the data.

5. The customer is obliged not to disclose the login information to unauthorised third parties. Customers shall inform conquerweb immediately if they obtain knowledge that unauthorised third parties are aware of the password.

6. Customers shall provide assurance that they do not enter any contents, which infringe legal regulations provided by Govt of India.

7. conquerweb shall schedule maintenance times & inform customers for the optimisation and improvement of performance of the systems providing the services.

8. The web hosting fees are payable by the customer in advance, at the beginning of a service.

9. conquerweb is entitled to disrupt the connection between the stored data and the internet on a temporary basis incase if user doesn't maintain conquerweb's standard rules

Promotional Rates & Special Offers

conquerweb agrees to provide the services stated for the price agreed at any given time only. We do not miss lead customers with hidden costs unlike many other web hosting companies.

conquerweb may offer subsequent promotional rates or special offers. We have various special promotions that include a domain name. The cost of this domain name is usually covered under services. As a result of this, our promotions are not refundable and are not covered by our 7 days money back guarantee.

Any coupons/promotional rates/additional free service are always subject to availability hence conquerweb shall not be responsible for any change in the services provided under special benefits.

If service unavailability of services is confirmed by conquerweb then services will be extended for only affected paid period by conquerweb. No credit or refund will be issued for service used under free period.

Refund and Cancellation Policy Of conquerweb

In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows: Cancellation Policy

Requests received later than 7 days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF THE SERVICE AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT. GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT
